The technician was efficient in making the door useful again and ordered a new handle and lock. When the parts arrived, they scheduled the same technician to install them. All went smoothly. The technician ensured that all was working properly before he left. This was a good experience.

After a break-in, I went to Baldino's Manassas to get ideas of what we could do. The clerk was very helpful and we set up a service call for the next day. Jay showed up and immediately found out that we couldn’t install the lock suggested because of the way the door was set up but gave multiple other options.
